Packaging & Assembly Associate (seasonal position)

Dahlia Press is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging & Assembly Associate to join our team for the busy holiday season, with potential opportunity to continue employment post-holidays.

Position Details:

• Type: Seasonal (with possibility of ongoing employment)

• Hours: 8-12 hours per week

• Schedule: Flexible

• Pay: Minimum wage

• Location: In-studio position in Seattle's Portage Bay neighborhood (not available for remote work)

About the Role: You'll play a key role in preparing our products for retail and wholesale customers. This hands-on position involves assembling and packaging our line of greeting cards, stationery, and accessories including wrap, pencils, gift wrap, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Package products according to quality standards for retail and wholesale distribution

• Ensure all products meet Dahlia Press quality expectations

• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

• Follow packaging specifications and assembly instructions

Ideal Candidate:

• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks

• Able to maintain consistent quality standards
