Studio Lead

Dahlia Press is a thriving letterpress design studio that manufactures and distributes stationery and gift items to brick-and-mortar retailers nationwide. We're seeking a dedicated Studio Lead to join our close-knit team and build a lasting career with us as we continue to expand.

What You'll Do: As our Studio Lead, you'll play a vital role in our fulfillment operations while gaining comprehensive experience across multiple aspects of our business. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, managing inventory, preparing submission samples, and maintaining our stockroom. You'll handle production finishing and fulfillment, coordinate materials with our third-party assembly team, and maintain our Print Production List. This customer-facing role encompasses wholesale, online retail, and in-person sales support.

Who We're Looking For: We want someone who's exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and presentation. You should be comfortable learning new software systems and adaptable enough to seamlessly transition between different tasks. Most importantly, we're seeking someone eager to grow with our company and contribute to our continued success. Please note this is an in-person position and not available for remote work. Candidates must be able to come to the Dahlia Press Studio located in Seattle’s Portage Bay neighborhood M-F between the hours of 10am-5pm.

What We Offer:

• Starting wage of $23-25/hour.

• Minimum 20 hours per week (flexible based on your availability). Must be available for at least one Saturday afternoon per month.
